I'm a Pre-Doctoral Fellow at Yale's Tobin Center for Economic Policy, placed within The Budget Lab. I build and maintain microsimulation models behind our estimates of federal tax and transfer proposals, finding out who pays for them and how they land across the income distribution.

I came to this role through a series of government internships. At the SEC's Division of Economic and Risk Analysis, I built the foreign-private-issuer dataset behind a white paper that informed disclosure rulemaking. At the State Department's Global Engagement Center, I analyzed foreign influence operations for embassy distribution. For Georgia House Representative Spencer Frye, I drafted memoranda on tax and energy bills through a legislative session, and at the Carl Vinson Institute of Government, I benchmarked rural Georgia labor markets into county-level development strategy. My research has come at the same problems from the other direction: how organizations handle the risks generative AI introduces, and what a panel of 1.2 million federal civil dockets shows about AI adoption in litigation.

I graduated from the University of Georgia as a Foundation Fellow with an A.B. in Economics and Political Science.
